Job ClassificationsThese categories are to be used as general guidelines for performance standards and are not meant to define what duties you will be required to perform. The nature of construction work at times may require carpenters to work as helpers and helpers as carpenters. SuperintendentPossesses the knowledge, strength, and capabilities required to run a project from the beginning through its completion. These individuals are responsible for directing each aspect of the project from subcontractors to C. L. Lewis & Co. employees and for completing all paperwork associated with the project. These individuals must have the ability to train their crew and further develop the skills of their workers. It is their responsibility to oversee the safety of the jobsite, administer first aid, and to insure all employees comply with company policies. Proficient knowledge of all aspects of construction, including various management skills, is required. They are to run the job in a smooth, consistent, timely, safe and economical manner. |
