Drug Testing

C.L. Lewis & Co. implements a mandatory drug testing policy in order to ensure a safe workplace. Testing will be for new hires, random for all employees, and required of any individuals who are injured on a project. Anyone found not to be drug-free will receive a written warning, be suspended from duty, and be referred to the Employee Assistance Program for mandatory counseling. You cannot return to work until you successfully comply and are deemed fit to return by EAP, and until your supervisor allows you to return..
